" Prior to selecting a doula, we carefully prepared a list of questions that we wanted to ask each of potential doula that we interviewed. We had interviewed over 6 possible doula’s and we both felt Tina was far and away the one that best suited our needs and philosophy around childbirth. Tina was available to provide prenatal classes to the two of us and, as an added bonus, gave me some one-on-one prenatal yoga classes. She was a very good listener and provided some helpful insights. In addition, Tina was always available to answer our questions either via e-mail, or on the phone. Tina was available during my labour at my home as well as at the hospital. She was very clam and extremely encouraging throughout the entire period. She was able to provide physical support ( when my husband was tired) and she provided emotional support for the both of us during my complicated labour.
